PrepForward announces new scholarships for prospective teachers preparing for state licensing exams and existing teachers seeking professional development. Beginning in Summer 2012, PrepForward will grant scholarships to deserving teachers at any stage of their careers. Five deserving adults will be chosen each semester to take any reading, writing, language arts, or math course for free.
We are committed to partnerships with districts and universities to improve teacher performance. We know there are many students who want to take our courses, but who don’t have the financial means to do so. We also recognize that non-traditional students often struggle with state certification exams on their path to becoming a teacher. We strive to help create an effective, educated, diverse teacher workforce. Grantees for each semester will be announced each September, January, and June.

All scholarships will be selected by the PrepForward team and will be awarded solely on the basis of the information provided in the application form. By submitting the application, you agree that if selected you will allow your name to be announced in marketing materials from PrepForward. Applicants agree to indemnify PrepForward from and against any legal claim and agree to accept the decisions of PrepForward which are final and binding.
